Here we have former Hornby Thomas range's Gordons Coaches, that were poorly painted previously into 'Blood and Custard'
After Stripping down to its constituent parts and repairs made to the chassis, new Hornby Metal Spoked Axels, the chassis and Bogies were painted Satin Black.
The Coach bodies were painted in BR Maroon and the interiors with Veneered wood and Green Seats
The new Axles had their white lining painted and were installed into the old bogies.
The Bogies had details picked out, the leaf spring suspension and the steps.
Finally the Chassis was re-build
Finally, the roof was re-painted in worn Lead, the body sides then has a gloss varnish and Red Glaze to bring out the depth of BR Maroon.
